Welcome to Holy Innocents Episcopal Church located in historic Como, Mississippi.

At Holy Innocents, we are a Christian worship community committed to prayer, work, and study as reflected in the Episcopal tradition. All are welcome, as we acknowledge we are imperfect as Christians who seek a better relationship with God. We strive to be disciples and examples of Christ as we proclaim the Gospel.

As Episcopalians, we believe in and follow the teachings of Jesus Christ, whose life, death, and resurrection saved the world.  We believe that God loves you – no exceptions. The Episcopal Church embraces a legacy of inclusion, aspiring to tell and exemplify God’s love for every human being.

 

The mission of The Episcopal Church, as stated in the Book of Common Prayer’s catechism, is “to restore all people to unity with God and each other in Christ.” In step with that mission, we follow Jesus into loving, liberating, and life-giving relationships with God, with each other, and with the earth.
